All user accounts show up on the list and have to be checked individually to confirm what access they have.
When someone leaves the business, or customer, it would be easier to have a deactivate toggle that automatically removes all access. You could then filter the user list by active/inactive to keep control of access.
At present the work around is to set up a role name of Do not use - leaver - but still need to ensure that all the individual toggles are checked for site/customer access etc.
