Ability to either create a Charge Card template or clone Charge Cards.

Intent is to standardise charge codes, descriptions, nominal code allocation etc. within a template; then create subsequent charge cards from the template. Charges would only have to be populated with prices; instead of having to create everything from scratch for each card.

Clone cards would be the preferred route, as standard charge cards could be created from the template e.g. based on volume level; then cloned if there is a commercial agreement only on one charge. It is also likely easier to develop/implement.
