A new level of support service

We’re upgrading our support infrastructure to deliver faster, more reliable help than ever before. Live chat, email, and phone support will remain exactly as you know them — but behind the scenes, our tools and processes will be more powerful, ensuring that your issues are handled quickly and efficiently. We’ll also be adding new communication channels in the near future, making it easier than ever to get the answers you need.


Meet the new Support Hub

The new Support Hub is your single location for all things support. This platform is designed to give you complete visibility into your interactions with our team, as well as direct ways to engage.

  • Easy registration: Use the same email address you use to log into your Clarus WMS account.
  • Full ticket visibility: See every ticket you’ve raised, organised by status — no more digging through emails.
  • Direct engagement: Comment on tickets, share additional context, and work with our support team in real time.
  • Self-service resources: Access help articles, guides, and updates without waiting for a reply.

Community section: Your space to collaborate

Alongside traditional support, we’re launching a brand-new Community section within the Support Hub. Here’s what you’ll find:

  • Announcements: Official updates and important news directly from the Clarus team.
  • Roadmap: A public view of what’s in progress, what’s planned, and what’s been delivered.
  • Feature Ideas: Submit your ideas for future enhancements, complete with text and image uploads.
  • Voting & feedback: Upvote other customers’ ideas, add your comments, and help guide our development priorities.

This is your opportunity to have a voice in how the Clarus platform evolves. While not every idea will be implemented, every submission will be seen and reviewed by our product team.
