We’re excited to announce a powerful new feature designed to make your picking operations smoother and more efficient — Stock Consolidation for Pickfaces.
Go to the Products section.
Select the product you’d like to enable consolidation for.
Scroll to the Flags tab.
Toggle Enforce Pickface Stock Consolidation to turn it on.
⚠️ Important: This feature only applies to products with an assigned pickface.
If none are assigned, the flag won’t take effect until a pickface is added.
Previously, products with stock in multiple locations or lines within the same pickface appeared as separate entries — even if they were physically in the same place.
Now, when consolidation is enabled:
All stock lines for the same product within a pickface are automatically merged into a single stock record.
When searching by location code, you’ll see one unified stock entry per product instead of multiple lines.
This feature also enhances the Add Stock function.
When you add stock to a pickface, it will now merge with the existing stock line instead of creating a new one — keeping your records clean and accurate.
Stock consolidation occurs only when all product attributes match, including:
Batch number
Sell-by date
Other key identifiers
If any attributes differ, stock lines will remain separate to ensure data accuracy.
This enhancement streamlines stock management, reduces clutter, and ensures a more accurate view of your inventory — all with a single toggle.
