1. Log in to Clarus WMS

First, log in to your account.

2. Access Scheduled Reports

Click on your username at the top of the screen. From the dropdown menu, select My Scheduled Reports.

3. Add a Scheduled Report

On the Scheduled Reports screen, click +Add a Scheduled Report. This will take you to a new screen where you can set up your report.

4. Complete General Settings

In the General Settings section, enter a Name for your report, such as ""Daily Report."" Use the dropdown for Frequency to choose how often the report runs (e.g., daily or monthly). Select the Days of the Week by clicking on the relevant days you want the report to run. Finally, enter the Time you want the report to run.

5. Set up Email Settings

For email delivery, enter the Subject of the email that will contain the report. Type a Body message for the recipient. To add recipients, click +New, then enter the recipient's name and email address.

Click Add Report to attach a report to this scheduled task. A report section will appear with a dropdown menu, allowing you to select from pre-set reports available in Clarus WMS.

7. Add Variables (Optional)

Variables allow you to customise reports for specific data, such as accounts or warehouses. Click +New to add a variable. Choose a Parameter Name from the dropdown (e.g., account_id or warehouse_id) and enter the corresponding Variable Value (e.g., the account or warehouse ID number).

You can add multiple reports by clicking +Add Report again and repeating the steps.

8. Configure SFTP Users (Optional)

Instead of email, you can use SFTP to save reports for users to download. Click +New, search for the SFTP user by name, and the report will be saved for them to access.

9. Save the Scheduled Report
