There are elements of paperwork for every transaction - inbound goods sheets, BRCGS check sheets, pick list confirmation signoffs, collection notes from external hauliers that would be really useful if they could be scanned in and stored on Clarus.  Otherwise it is either a box in the office or another document storage system which is not linked. 

Could be a central repository of documents within Clarus that is OCR during the scan so it can be completely searchable when you need to find something or (bonus points would be awarded) if you could scan in to Clarus and then AI links to the relevant transaction or gives you the option to manually index. Like a TMS (something like Qargo) would do for proof of delivery notes and driver manifests?
