We’re excited to introduce a new feature that allows you to capture and attach images directly from your HHD device within both Goods In and Goods Out workflows!
This enhancement makes it easier than ever to record visual evidence during your warehouse operations — helping you maintain clear, traceable records for every task.
Before you begin, please note that image capture must be configured within your HHD flow before use. Once set up, you can start capturing images in your standard workflows right away.
Scan the storage unit reference for the pallet you’re receiving.
Tap “Capture Image” when prompted.
You’ll see the task ID screen with options for Back, Next, or Capture Image.
Choose Capture Image again to activate the HHD’s camera and take a photo.
After taking a photo, you can:
Delete the image
Retake the image
Confirm the image
Once confirmed, the system will notify you that the image has been saved.
Need more photos? Select “Take Another Photo” — you can attach up to 10 images per task ID.
When you’re finished, press Next to move on to the next task. The process repeats automatically for each one.
You can easily review your captured images from the desktop application:
Go to Goods In > Receipts.
Find the receipt you processed on the HHD.
Look for the paperclip icon on each receipt line.
Click it to view all attached images.
Use the arrows to browse through them, or click Download (top right) to save any images directly to your PC.
If no photos are required for a task, simply press Next after scanning the storage unit — the task will complete without adding images.
This update streamlines your warehouse operations by enabling:
Quick and reliable image capture on the go
Better record-keeping and traceability
Easy access and review from the desktop app
With HHD Image Capture, you can ensure every step of your workflow is supported with clear visual documentation — keeping your warehouse operations efficient, transparent, and well-documented.
