How do I use the Booking Diary?

The Booking Diary Explained

The Booking Diary is a new feature in Clarus WMS, currently in beta, that helps you track incoming stock for your warehouses using a clear timetable.


Step-by-Step Guide

1. Set Up Your Warehouse Opening Hours

Before using the Booking Diary, you need to input your warehouse's opening hours. Go to the warehouse screen from the warehouses datagrid, then scroll down to find the opening hours option.


2. Add a New Booking

From the main Booking Diary screen, click on any of the available time slots to add a new booking.


3. Enter Booking Information

When manually adding a new booking, you can enter all relevant information, such as location, container numbers, and references.


4. Change a Booking Time

To change the time of an existing booking, simply click and drag it either left or right on the Booking Diary. The booking will automatically update once you release it in the new spot.


5. Update a Booking Status

To update the status of a booking, double-click on it. You can then change its status using the drop-down menu in the top left corner.
