This guide explains how to set up the Client role in Clarus WMS, giving your clients limited access to manage specific areas relevant to their business, such as goods in, sales orders, reports, and stock.
When you set up a client, make sure to untick ""View all warehouses"". This stops the client from seeing all warehouses in the system and keeps them to their own specific warehouse.
After unticking ""View all warehouses"", a smaller screen will pop up. Use this screen to pick the warehouse that is right for the client. Assign the correct warehouse to make sure the client can only get to their designated location.
Clients can view and manage Goods In, Sales Orders, Reports, and Stocks. They can also view their Transactions.
