Once your goods receipt is in the Received status, you can use three key features: Pre-Receipt, Put Away Note, and Storage Unit Labels. These tools are designed to help you track and manage your goods effectively within your warehouse.
The Pre-Receipt can be created when your receipt is in Pending, Received, or Completed status.
To print a Pre-Receipt:
The Pre-Receipt includes important details such as the Pre-Receipt Number, Company Logo, Reference, Warehouse, Expected Date of Receipt, Notes, Account, Order Type, GI Type (Goods In), Supplier, and Carrier.
It also shows goods details: Product Code, Product Description, Storage Unit Type, Quantity, Storage Unit Quantity (number of pallets), Storage Unit Reference, Sell By Date (if applicable), and Batch Number (if applicable).
The Put Away Note helps you confirm exactly where goods should be stored within your warehouse.
To generate a Put Away Note:
The Put Away Note contains specific details about the products and their designated storage locations within the warehouse.
Storage Unit Labels can be printed and attached directly to storage units, such as pallets, for easy identification.
To print Storage Unit Labels:
You can print a Pre-Receipt when the receipt is in Pending, Received, or Completed status.
The Put Away Note includes details about the products and their designated storage locations in the warehouse.
Yes, you can regenerate and print storage unit labels anytime by clicking the Storage Unit Label button.
It provides a physical or offline record of the goods receipt, including key information about the products and expected delivery details.
If changes are required, adjust the receipt in the system and regenerate the Pre-Receipt with the updated information.
