This guide explains how to cancel or amend a pick list when you need to modify a sales order. Whether you're adding or removing products, you can either cancel the pick list or change its status to make adjustments.
On the left-hand menu, click Goods Out, then select Picking Lists. You will see a list of all pick lists that have been created.
Find the pick list you want to cancel and click on it to open the details.
At the top of the screen, click the Cancel button. The pick list status will now change to Cancelled.
Go back to the sales order linked to the cancelled pick list. The sales order status will revert to Pending, allowing you to add or remove products as needed.
If the pick list has already been completed, you can still make changes by adjusting its status.
From the Picking Lists screen, select the pick list you want to amend. Go to the Dispatch tab. Unconfirm each product line by clicking the Confirmed button or by using the Unconfirm All Dispatch Tasks option.
After unconfirming the dispatch tasks, switch to the Pick tab. Unconfirm all product lines in the same way as the dispatch tasks. Once done, click Save.
The pick list status will change back to Picking. You can now return to the sales order and make the necessary amendments.
