How Do I Manage Jobs?

1. How to Access Jobs

To open the Jobs screen, select Jobs from the menu bar on the left-hand side. The screen will then show all created jobs.

You can customise the view by adjusting the columns to display information most relevant to you, such as Goods Out Reference, Pick List, and Completed At. Remember to save your customised view.

2. Viewing Job Details

To see more details about a specific job, click Show next to the job you wish to view.

The Job Details screen will then display all key information for the selected job, including its status and goods out reference.

3. Additional Tabs in Job Details

The Tasks tab lists all tasks associated with the job, showing which products need to be picked and their quantities to complete the order.

The Transactions tab displays all completed transactions for the selected job, helping you track its progress and completion status.
