This guide will show you how to add, manage, and assign delivery addresses within Clarus WMS. It allows you to keep all addresses in one central place, making it easy to select them for sales orders without re-entering details.
In the left-hand menu, click on Delivery Addresses. A list of addresses you have saved will appear.
Click the +New button. A new screen will open where you can enter the address details.
Enter all the necessary information, such as the street, city, and postcode.
To change whether the address is active or not, click the Active button. The status will update. Then, click Save to confirm your changes.
After saving, you will see sections for External System References and Address. Fill these in if needed, then click Save again to finish.
Go to the Accounts list and select the account you wish to assign a delivery address to.
On the account details page, scroll down until you find the Delivery Addresses section.
Click the dropdown box, and a list of available addresses will appear. Select the correct address and then click Assign Delivery Address.
To remove an address from an account, click the Unassign button next to that address.
Yes, simply select the address from the list, update the details, and click Save.
Deactivated addresses will no longer appear in the dropdown when you are choosing a delivery address for sales orders.
No, you can only assign one delivery address to an account at any given time.
Navigate to the Accounts section, follow the steps to create a new account, and then you can assign the delivery address.
This section is used for linking addresses to external systems, but you can leave it blank if it's not needed.
