Full copies of our database are created every 24 hours and saved in two separate locations. These snapshots are also kept for 14 days.


3. Quarterly Recovery Checks

As part of our ISO27001 certification, we test our database backups every three months. This ensures our backups are always valid and can be used for recovery.


4. Alert System for Backup Failures

We receive immediate alerts if our database backup process encounters any issues. This allows us to quickly address and resolve problems.


5. Customer Data Retention

Customer data is kept for 6 years after your customer relationship with us ends. After this period, all data is made anonymous.
