How Do I Add and Remove Columns in Clarus WMS Data Grids?

Step-by-Step Guide

Applicable Screens for Column Changes

You can change columns on the following screens:

Stock list, Stock balance, Goods in receipts, Goods in cross-dock, Goods out sales order, Goods out work orders, Goods out cross-dock, Goods out picking lists, Goods out loads, Tasks, Transactions, Jobs, Products, Locations, View charges, Charge cards, Invoices, Carriers, Collection address, Delivery address, Warehouses, RF implementations, RF users, System/Event logs, Documents, Printers, Integrations.


Adding Columns

1. Open the Column Manager

On your chosen screen (e.g., Sales Order), click the Column icon.

2. Access the Column Manager

A side menu called Column Manager will appear on the right, showing all current columns in view.

3. Add a Column

Click the Add a column dropdown and choose the column you want from the available options. The selected column will be added to the bottom of the list. Click OK to confirm, and your screen will update.

4. Save Your View

Once you are happy with your columns, click the Save button at the top of the screen. A side menu will appear where you can name and save your customised view. After saving, you can easily switch between different views by selecting from the dropdown menu.


Deleting a Column

1. Open the Column Manager

Click the Column icon on your chosen screen.

2. Remove a Column

In the Column Manager, find the column you wish to delete. Click the red Delete button next to it, then confirm by clicking OK. The column will be removed from your view.


Changing the Order of Columns

1. Open the Column Manager

Click the Column icon to open the Column Manager.

2. Rearrange Columns

To change the order, click and drag the columns in the list to your preferred position. Once you close the Column Manager, the new order will be shown on your screen.


AlertREMEMBER: Customised column settings will only apply to your view. Other users will not see these changes.

How do I save my column preferences?
