The Stock Balance screen in Clarus WMS helps you manage your inventory effectively. It provides a detailed overview of your stock levels across different warehouses, showing what's currently available, what's been allocated, and more.
From the left-hand menu, select Stock. Then, click on Stock Balance. This will open a data grid showing all your stock and its current status.
The Stock Balance screen includes several columns to help you view your stock:
Warehouse Code: Shows the code for each warehouse.
Account Code: Displays the account code for each account.
Product Code: Lists all product codes across all warehouses.
Product Description: Shows a description of each product.
Received: Displays the quantity of stock that has been received.
Available: Shows the actual quantity of stock ready for use or sale.
Allocated: Indicates how much available stock has already been assigned to orders.
Soft Allocated: Displays stock assigned to sales orders but not yet physically picked.
Picked: Shows the quantity of stock already picked for dispatch.
REMEMBER: You can filter most columns by typing in the search box below the column heading to find specific items.At the end of each row, click the Show button to open a detailed view of the stock information for that specific line.
You can add or remove columns from the data grid to suit your needs. To sort the data, click on the heading text of any column (e.g., Product Code) to sort it in alphabetical or numerical order.
Type the warehouse code into the search box located directly under the Warehouse Code column. This will filter the results to show only stock from that warehouse.
""Soft Allocated"" refers to stock that has been assigned to a sales order but has not yet been physically picked from the warehouse.
Yes, you can. Simply click on the column heading (for example, Product Code or Product Description) to sort the data in alphabetical or numerical order.
To view more details for a particular stock line, click the Show button located at the end of that row. This will open a detailed view of the stock information.
