How Do I Select and Group Data by Warehouse?

Warehouse Data Management

This guide explains how to filter and group data within Clarus WMS using the warehouse selector. This feature allows you to view information relevant to specific warehouses or all warehouses at once.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Access the Warehouse Dropdown Menu

Find the warehouse selector, located in the top right corner of the system, next to your username. It is set to All Warehouses by default.

2. View Data for All Warehouses

When the Warehouse dropdown is set to All Warehouses, Clarus WMS shows data from all your warehouses across all DataGrids.

3. Select a Specific Warehouse

To filter data, click the Warehouse dropdown menu and select the desired warehouse. Clarus WMS will automatically update the DataGrid to display data only for the selected warehouse.

4. Example: Filtering Stock Data

For example, if you are viewing the Stock DataGrid, selecting All Warehouses will display stock data for all warehouses. If you switch the dropdown to a specific warehouse, the DataGrid will only show the products stored in that selected warehouse.
