How do I use Reports in Clarus WMS?

This guide explains how to use the more than 30 pre-made reports available in Clarus WMS. You will learn how to find, run, and change these reports to suit specific accounts or warehouses.


Step-by-Step Guide

1. Access Reports

Click the dropdown menu next to your name in Clarus WMS. Then, select My Reports from the list.

2. View Available Reports

You will see a list of pre-set reports on your screen.

3. Select a Report to Run

Look through the list of available reports to find the one you need.

4. Run the Report

Click the Run button next to your chosen report. The report will then download to your computer as an Excel CSV file.

5. Open Report Settings for Customisation

Click on the name of the report you wish to change. You will then see the General Settings and pre-set Report Fields.

6. Add Variables

Scroll down to the Variables section and click +New to add a new variable.

7. Fill in the Details for the Variable

For Parameter Name, choose either account_id or warehouse_id from the dropdown list. For Variable Value, enter the number that matches the account or warehouse. If you want to be asked to confirm the account or warehouse each time you run the report, tick the Prompt box.

8. Save the Variable

Once you have entered all the details, click Save. You can add more variables if you need to customise the report further.
