This guide explains how to use the more than 30 pre-made reports available in Clarus WMS. You will learn how to find, run, and change these reports to suit specific accounts or warehouses.
Click the dropdown menu next to your name in Clarus WMS. Then, select My Reports from the list.
You will see a list of pre-set reports on your screen.
Look through the list of available reports to find the one you need.
Click the Run button next to your chosen report. The report will then download to your computer as an Excel CSV file.
Click on the name of the report you wish to change. You will then see the General Settings and pre-set Report Fields.
Scroll down to the Variables section and click +New to add a new variable.
For Parameter Name, choose either account_id or warehouse_id from the dropdown list. For Variable Value, enter the number that matches the account or warehouse. If you want to be asked to confirm the account or warehouse each time you run the report, tick the Prompt box.
Once you have entered all the details, click Save. You can add more variables if you need to customise the report further.
REMEMBER: These custom settings are only saved to your personal account and will apply only to your reports. They will not affect other users' reports.Click the dropdown next to your name and select My Reports to see the available reports.
Reports are downloaded in Excel CSV format.
