The Confirm All button in Clarus WMS saves time by allowing you to confirm all tasks simultaneously, rather than one by one. This feature is available for both goods coming into your warehouse (inbound receipts) and goods going out (outbound pick lists).

Where You Can Use the Confirm All Button
- Goods In Receipts: Use to confirm all receipt and putaway tasks.
- Goods Out Pick Lists: Use to confirm all pick and dispatch tasks.
1. Confirm All Receipt Tasks for Goods In
From the Home Menu, select Goods In, then Receipts. Create a new receipt using +New and input your products. After saving, click Receive. All products will move to the Receive tab. Click the Confirm All Receive Tasks button to confirm all lines at once.
2. Confirm All Putaway Tasks for Goods In
In the same receipt, go to the Put Away tab. You will see that product lines are unconfirmed. Click the Confirm All Put Away Tasks button to confirm all lines at once.
REMEMBER: Don't forget to click Save.3. Confirm All Pick Tasks for Goods Out
From the Home Menu, select Goods Out, then Sales Order. Create a new sales order using +New and save it. Return to the sales order and select Save and Process Picks to generate the pick list. Go to Goods Out, select Picking Lists, and choose the relevant pick list. In the Pick tab, click the Confirm All Pick Tasks button to confirm all lines at once.
4. Confirm All Dispatch Tasks for Goods Out
After confirming the pick tasks, go to the Dispatch tab in the pick list. Click the Confirm All Dispatch Tasks button to confirm all dispatch lines at once.
