Enhanced Privacy: How to Restrict User Visibility
We have introduced a new privacy feature that allows you to hide specific usernames from others within the system. This update ensures that your clients interact only with the profiles relevant to them, maintaining a secure and organized workspace.
Step-by-Step Setup Guide
Follow these steps to manage which users are visible to a specific account:
Access Settings: From the home dashboard, navigate to the Settings menu.
Manage Users: Within Settings, select the Users tab
Select a Profile: Choose an existing user to edit or select Create New User.
Adjust Visibility Toggles: You will see options to view all accounts, warehouses, and users. Switch the "View All Users" toggle to No.
Define Approved Users: Once disabled, a new Approved Users tab will appear on that user’s profile page.
Add Specific Permissions: * Click the selection box at the bottom of the page to see a list of usernames.
Repeat this process for every individual you want this user to be able to see. Once saved, their visibility will be strictly limited to your approved list.
